The three brands

Each one does a single job properly.

A projector, a screen and a cabinet have to agree on throw distance, gain and brightness. These are the three ranges that do.

Daylight, curtains open

A laser projector is only as good as the screen it lands on.

Brightness numbers are quoted against a dark room. What you actually watch is a lit one — which is why every system here is specified with an ambient-light-rejecting screen.

Complete the system

Three parts, in order.

01

The projector

Ultra-short throw for a living room, long throw for a dedicated room. Both are RGB triple-laser, so there is no lamp and no colour wheel.

02

The screen

Ambient-light-rejecting fabric is what lets the picture survive a lit room. It rises from the floor or drops from the ceiling.

03

The cabinet

A motorised cabinet holds the projector and lifts it away when the film ends, so the room goes back to being a room.
